    Pros

The project which I got is really interesting and live project. It not like many which give any project with no real life application.

    Cons

This is not a right place for you to work if you are not creative, risk taker, courageous and forward looking.

I have been working at L'Oréal for less than a year

    Pros

L'Oreal is an organisation that provides you with a great platform to learn and grow as an intern. The entire experience of working with this organization has been thrilling. Everyday is challenging and insightful at the same time. The projects that have been assigned are important to the organization which makes you feel connected to the organization. It justifies "leading the change".

    Cons

L'Oreal has a very fast paced culture involving constant change. Some people might struggle to find their fit in the organization.

I worked at L'Oréal for less than a year

    Pros

I was placed at the prodcution plant in Pune. It was one of the most well organised plant I have seen in India. The work culture is very healthy there, and the people are great.

    Cons

The work culture is a bit too relaxed. It was fun, but there was a certain lack of motivation to work after a little while as everybody from the bottom up is a bit too relaxed.

    Pros

At L'Oreal India, i found the work culture to be pleasantly different. I really appreciate the fun filled and friendly culture. As an intern, this culture helped me to come out of my inhibitions and ask better interact with my mentors and seniors, making it a wonderful learning experience for me.

    Cons

I can state from an intern's perspective that i found the synergy between the various departments could have been better.
