I worked at L'Oréal full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fun, Active & a great learning experience. Employees are given the oppurtunity to move across roles & rotate, however partially people based. Open culture and exciting work, a mix of big & small projects both - gives hands on experience.

    Cons

Work life balance can be better.

I have been working at L'Oréal part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The company is really employee friendly. Working here has helped bring out my creative side in make-up. Management takes care of you in all possible ways. The project I am pursuing in the internship is a real time problem faced by L'Oréal. My inputs are evaluated and sometimes they are implemented. This shows how much importance they give to summer internship program. By working on this, I can implement various concepts which I studied in MBA in real time.

    Cons

The team sizes are small which leads to a bit of more workload per person but at the same time, it gives you opportunities to learn a lot of different things.

    I worked at L'Oréal

    Pros

Many employee benefits, office in Levallois offers a great space and fosters networking. People are generally nice and friendly, very great company culture (on paper)

    Cons

Very hierarchical, people will behave accoriding to their title rather than to who you are. Ideas are hard to push forward when you have 4+ people above you with right to veto.
