Depends on your immediate senior (IS),your department, I am listing those which I felt not necessarily true for all. These are- 1.Lots of opportunities to learn. 2.You will like the Vadodara campus. 3.At office,you can get leaves if you want. 4.Working hour is fixed sometimes stressful because of deadline but I have not seen anyone in my department who wait longer than 6:45PM. All come @8;45AM to 9: 00am. I told your work culture depends more on tour department and you behaviour with IS. No matter how rude is your IS,try to build a kind of relationship with them.

Cons

Your IS will try to make you habbit of staying longer but don't develope that habbit,try to complete work by using time honestly during working hours. In some department you can't do anything than to change company because that department there is habbit of staying longer,work can be done in time.

It lays great emphasis on training and development 4. Provides opportunity for internal transfers to other L&T companies, departments and functions depending upon business needs 5. Very experienced management 6. High on ethical pillars 7. Many supplementary benefits for employees 8. Work culture is good and provides good work life balance

1. Slow career progression as it is based more on number of years of experience than purely upon performance. 2. Performance evaluation system needs revamping 3. Remuneration lags behind industry standards 4. More challenges and lower growth probability for lateral entry candidates 5. Not many projects for long term sustenance 6. Lacks competitive edge when bidding for power projects 7. Slow on innovation and adaptability to change

Good work culture, good profile, enormous responsibilities even on employees with lesser experience, Commercial deptt being the core of any projects offer everything in terms of exposure
