Pros

Relaxed dress code at times, however I have a hard time finding any other pros.

Cons

The COO, Craig Tice can be very difficult and intimidating to the employees. He has yelled at me on many occasions for no reason. It is well known that if you disagree with him, he will retaliate. The pay is very low but the expectations are very high. People are fired very quickly and the turnover is very high. I am currently looking for another jo and looking to leave LB.

Worst Company I've ever worked for.

Pros

I get to work from home.

Cons

As an off-site employee I can only say that dealing with anyone at the main office is usually a nightmare. The entire office seems apathetic. They really don't seem to care about anything that goes on at the properties. And to make matter worse, their vendors take their ques from corporate (sloppy work). If you can get past the reception to see your supervisor, you will notice a lot of people standing around goofing off and nothing really getting done. Considering I can never get any response from anyone via phone, email or text, I can't say I'm all that surprised. It's frustrating to see when you have to fight to get anything done. They don't really pay me a living wage. I am only suppose to work part-time. However, because of the lack of response, I have to work harder (unpaid overtime) to get things done. They offer no training, no guidance and no method of advancement. Also, no healthcare or retirement/savings plan of any kind. I will be leaving soon and this job will not be making it onto my resume. I am ashamed I work here. I would never treat people the way they do.

Pros

In the beginning of my employment, there were a few nice very productive people who worked here. They were fired within months by a bullying and unstable COO. Those who we're let go, were wrongfully terminated in my opinion.

Cons

LBPM is run by a COO who bullies and harasses people. The owners, Robert Lopata and Gregg Bernstein, will not acknowledge his behavior. They rarely come in the office, and if you complain, you are fired. I have heard COO, Craig Tice, yell and cuss when talking to employees of both genders. As a woman, I feared and avoided him at all costs. I know 3 former employees who are suing LBPM. These people also filed personal lawsuits against Craig Tice. There is no room for growth or creativity. Raises are rarely given, no 401k, they barely contribute to health insurance (it is too expensive for any of their employees). Don't believe the stories they will tell you about why they're Yelp reviews are so bad. The time I spent working for this company was seriously unpleasant and anxiety producing. I often took sick days to recharge.
