3yThanks for your feedback. Appreciate that you have taken the time to leave what is very much a personal reflection of your short time with LOFT. We're delighted to have our teams back in the office after the challenges of the past few years, and we do offer a degree of flexibility for people to work remotely, when needed and with prior agreement with their direct line manager. We believe in supporting our internal team in taking their first steps into management and we offer a wide range of soft skills training to those at all levels in the Company.

We are currently experiencing a great deal of change and sometimes this process brings a small amount of uncertainty. The growth LOFT has seen in the last 2 years has been phenomenal and we continue along our journey. We are really disappointed you feel you have not been supported; at LOFT we do want to look after everyone's physical & mental health , this is especially important at this time whilst we all learn to deal with the ongoing pandemic.
