Gives enough training and time to adapt with the project being allotted. Also one can work in more than one project if interested in different tech stacks and domains, all split within working hours. Good work culture and gave a great support during COVID. Have some reasonable employment security, insurance, medical claims, and other such things.

- Increment isn't as per expectations, if you've good relation with manager then you might get. - Little bit of politics which I don't like, but in corporate you'll have to face this. Bitter truth - Should have a things/place where juniors can give ratings to their seniors.
