We haven't been in the office (at least most sans five or so people) since march, and the keg is mentioned? The title of this review is research associate, the office where the research team is located doesn't have a keg in the office...just sayin. I write this on many reviews: Because you don't like a job or a company doesn't make it a bad place. LaSalle Network or any other company. There must be a reason why we have grown for 21 years in a row and so many staff stay and become leaders, etc. etc. ....
Pros
Benefits are great and simple
Cons
None I have experienced any

Pros
1. The culture was great - we had Zoom meetings every day as a company 2. Direct management
Cons
1. Long hours - whether it be working from home (wfh) or in the office. WFH hours would be 7:30 AM to at least 6:30 PM, sometimes even after 8 PM depending on the metrics for the week. Office hours would be from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM 2. Competitive atmosphere - little recognition to those putting in 110%. Only those receiving schedules/leads 3. 80-100+ calls every day 4. Little direction in training. Covid-19 put almost all training aside 5. Newbies receive different treatment than those who have been with LaSalle for 2+ years. 6. The pay was not enough for what was asked. Come to find out a man who was hired after me, was making 4K more.. we were doing the same job with very similar job experience.

I'm sorry you felt this way. We have worked really hard to make sure our staff doesn't feel alone. Onboarding virtually is definitely a challenge and we are finding our way to make it better. I'm not sure what people say about compensation, if they are being truthful or trying to brag or what have you. Certain people are paid higher salaries based on their experience previously, which may have been the case here. Not knowing who you are or who the other person is, I can't comment directly to the situation.
