      Bad Management

25 Oct 2020 - Patient Access Representative in Burlington, MA

      Pros

      - Easy job with little to no degree needed. - Work environment is good and amazing for newer buildings. - Amazing co-workers to work with.

      Cons

      - Bad management from the head down - They will try to trained you to something that you don’t want to do but saying that you have to which was not in the job descriptions. - Schedule you where you go and work without proper trainings. Then will get in trouble by that department manger for not knowing what to do because of no trainer to train with. - The head of the manager will not listen to your voice when it needed to be heard but care for themselves. Was told that if each and individual have a problem they need to voice it and will not listen to one individual unless all are in on it. - The job listed on the job descriptions always changing right when you start your first day and never be consistent even when more than 5-10 employees agrees that the change is not working but gone bad; yet continues to go forward. - Managers office is not in the same building so they are rarely there to support you.
