Work Life Balance is good. Meals, Cab, Medical facilities provided. Work Environment is good, friendly and Calm. On Time Salary Employee suggestions and opinions are heard and taken into consideration. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Equal opportunity for Growth and Development. Internal Promotions happen frequently. Game Art Trainings provided to people who are interested and are frequently hired and given the opportunity to work with Lakshya after their training is complete. Lots of employee engagement and fun activities and office team parties going on from time to time. Healthy work environment/Employee Friendly environment. Organization encourages teamwork and team building activities. Recognition for innovation and new ideas. Regular guidance and feedback provided for growth and improvement. All departments in the organization are easily approachable (face to face conversation, email or phone) Rewards and Recognition programs conducted to motivate employees. Senior management is very supportive. Employee Health is given first priority. During Covid times and even now, employees are given the choice to work from home as well as office. Vaccination camps organized in office and employees who were unwell and far from home were well taken care of. Lots of employee awareness programs are conducted by management to take care of employee's physical and mental well being. Long Christmas and New Year breaks.

work life balance is bad Preferential Treatment from some seniors. Some softwares and tools are outdated and they don't upgrade as per current features and tools in the market.

It's a great company for freshers. You'll get to learn a lot. The quality of work, various trainings, emphasis on personal growth is commendable.

Low salary, late night works(depends on the project), messed up work-life balance, no extra benefits.
