Keeping work life balance can be challenging when you work at a company that's doubling its revenue in 2 years. This is probably a good problem to have.

Lam is serious in developing leadership within the leadership team through EDGE program. In fact, it is rolling out GROW and LEAD Program for middle level managers.
Cons
Lam is very lean and hence work/life balance is a major consideration.
