    Pros

    Big Name in Retail Salary on time Work life balance "Happy place" Company is making big progress to catch up with new technologies and trends Good HR initiatives recently to make employees "happy"

    Cons

    Too bureaucratic No job security. You can be hired for 6 months and fired without proper notice ( seen it many times with colleagues in senior roles) No PIP process or performance management schemes Company is run like a financial institution not like a fashion house, which reflects on the fashionability of their brands and products Most senior positions and country managers come from finance background and not retail, and finance people often have the last say in decision, despite the lack of retail knowledge. Male dominated especially in senior positions No diversity in Nationalities in senior positions
