One of the best companies to work for if you want exposure to retail in India.

Cons

Management's main priority is the bottom line, rarely taking employee's care and welfare into account. People are treated like transferable commodities rather than valued parts of the company.

- Growing office with a constant flow of work across industries, geographies and scopes - Great culture with considerable effort put into social activities, team bonding etc. - Excellent, safe place for women to work, with many women in leadership positions - Exposure to regional and global leadership and projects allows you to gain exposure and worldview, even at a junior to mid level - Strong brand name adds instant 'oomph' to your CV when you decide to move on, both in the branding industry and outside of it - Provides opportunities to take initiative and start something of your own, if you're a proactive self-starter

- Long hours when deliverables are due - but that's standard for most companies in this industry - Lack of structured employee growth plan - they're working on it though
