- Growing office with a constant flow of work across industries, geographies and scopes - Great culture with considerable effort put into social activities, team bonding etc. - Excellent, safe place for women to work, with many women in leadership positions - Exposure to regional and global leadership and projects allows you to gain exposure and worldview, even at a junior to mid level - Strong brand name adds instant 'oomph' to your CV when you decide to move on, both in the branding industry and outside of it - Provides opportunities to take initiative and start something of your own, if you're a proactive self-starter
