a srilankan company through and through. wage is even lower than asian standards. the work culture is unhealthy with feedbacks are mostly given in a demeaning, insulting, and disrespectful manner. micromanagement is so excessive that it even tracks your private computer, which gives a sense of distrust, and made it difficult to feel supported and motivated. with starting salary so low, there is no clear prospect as to when is the probationary period is over and there is no metrics/KPI to measure the performance, therefore salary will stay low until an unknown period.
