I wonder why there are no labour laws for private sector in india. Even in such brutal economic conditions, UK and Eu companies are not laying off only because of labour laws. On the other hand, indian workers work more hours on an average still no one is there to protect them.

Hi fishes I'm so done with my team and project that i feel like leaving the project or company for good. The project manager keeps asking update every hour, makes me fill excel sheets and complaints to my manager if I don't respond in time. Even after working hard i get to hear complaints and it makes me sad. Now they're planning to keep me in support and asking me to learn everything about the project and another project. Understanding 2 projects for 1 guy is impossible but they dont care.

Aj achanak se maa aakr boli "beta tu job change kr le, tere chehre ki to khushi hi chali gai hai. Kya faeda aise paison ka". I couldn't help and started to cry. I was at the peak. Last 1.5 year se almost daily anxiety hone lgi hai. Team aisi mili k sab members doosri country k and mai akela. Meetings se pehle hi anxiety badh jati hai. Kai baar socha k nhi kr paunga IT mai job but family ki responsibilities ko dekhkr ruk gya because IT pays you well. Ab mann mai bahut bure bure khyal aate hai.
