Worst strip club in Las Vegas

    Pros

Free food, customer networking, tips, events, swag gear

    Cons

Okay so I've managed at different strip clubs. And this is the worst ever. They do not know how to run that club. They are constantly hiring and firing employees for no major reasons. So many people have quit on the spot due to how they are treated. There is 3 or 4 main upper management that are like in high school. If your not part of their group than your an outcast, if they dont like you your fired. The pay is ridiculous, I've seen some employees constantly hit on the strippers. I've been approached by some saying they dont feel comfortable working on certain shifts due to who is managing. If any employee suggests something or say they should do this or that the main 4 people feel threatened and fire them and than use the idea for themselves.

    Pros

You get to look at strippers all day.

    Cons

Drama. Lots of drama. If you are reading this, you might be looking for an exciting career at a strip club. Trust me, if you are educated it is much more rewarding to focus on your career goals. Working at a strip club is a constant role of drama. Make money, focus hard on your career goals. If you do that, and you work hard to avoid dead end job traps (easier said than done, ) you will avoid this trap. To put it in perspective, most strippers are people with lives and boyfriends. If you are coming here to have a fun time it entirely depends upon how you mesh with the staff. Strip clubs are ridden with bosses constantly trying to hit on the girls. This doesn't work them so they take it out on the staff. That is you. Management can be sexually frustrated and borderline abusive to the girls. One manager called a girl fat and she cried. Management has no finesse. This is probably pointless to write because most of the people applying for the job won't look here. Basically, if you are looking for an adventure, instead you are in for an incredibly clickly environment where you are taken advantage of by sexually frustrated management or other employees who are your senior. You are wasting your time here. If you are even the slightest bit goal oriented. You can do better. If you aren't planning to go anywhere with your life. This is the perfect place to be.

A lot of fun - but a bad working experience

    Pros

You meet a lot of people - you can easily network. You can also easily drink, as can every other employee (see this under CONS, as well) Great place to gain experience, as anything you seem good at will soon become your responsibility (see under CONS, as well) Opens doors to a whole new sector of life you may not have previously been aware of (again - see under cons, as well)

    Cons

See above..... You often get more responsibility without more pay. Even more often, you will get more responsibility without anyone talking to you about it until you haven't done it. Make sense? no... that's the point. There is not much appreciation for what you do around here. A lot of expectation with little to no reward... unless you consider being invited to the owner and his stripper gf's bedroom a reward.... but that's a whole different can of worms... No benefits.
