1. GET gets promoted quickly when compared to others. 2. Decent salary yet, significantly less than other companies.

1. The number of working hours are too high. 2. JETs or lateral entry personnel are not given the same respect as GETs. 3. No 'work from home' during high COVID period. 4. No knowledge with respect to Design in Vizag. 5. High politics. 6. Biased rating system. When asked for feedback, "You are good but others are better" is what is told to the employees. 7. The actual bosses who stay in Powai never come and talk to the employees. Even if they do, they don't resolve the issues which are faced at the ground level. 8. FTCs are not given a hike at all. Contract staff and FTC staff are not given respect unless they are related to a Naval officer. 9. The top management does not care about the employees or their health. Leaves are not given at the required time. People who were just recovered from COVID were also called to office, without caring about their body pains. 10. Highly political company. 11. No work life balance at all. 12. Almost everything that is to be done is hidden the carpet with a single lie- "we work in the customer premises and we cannot do anything regarding it".

Work life balance is hampered Deteriorating work culture in some location including Hazira with the upcoming load of projects and adamant old management Low salary and more work hours including sundays Not encouraging to implement new technologies in workstyles Management stipulation on old culture and reluctance to newer ideas

Long working hours(12 hrs) Work is mostly not related to education The experience you gain here is simply how to lie and manage people while taking excessive stress. If you are not sure whether you don't want to get into construction, then don't get into it. Saturdays are also working.

1) More working hours 55 hours per week (6 days week). 2) Poor leave policy. Sandwich leave applied. So, you will have to apply more leaves than you consume. 3) Poor working culture. 4) Micromanagement and harassment by superior. So such HR involvement. 5) low compensation than the market standard. Retention bonus of about 20% of CTC will be paid after completion of each year.
