Nothing good to say about this company, I joined as an Engineer right out of college, they measure work by checking how many hours the engineer is spending at site even if there is no work, the petty politics here are absurd, boring and monotonous work, they expect you to be at site 13-15 hrs a day and doesn't pay enough compensation to make up for it. That's why the attrition rate here in fresh college hires are very high, if you are from a well respected college do not join this company, there are several trainings available for other fields - consider them!

1. GET gets promoted quickly when compared to others. 2. Decent salary yet, significantly less than other companies.

1. The number of working hours are too high. 2. JETs or lateral entry personnel are not given the same respect as GETs. 3. No 'work from home' during high COVID period. 4. No knowledge with respect to Design in Vizag. 5. High politics. 6. Biased rating system. When asked for feedback, "You are good but others are better" is what is told to the employees. 7. The actual bosses who stay in Powai never come and talk to the employees. Even if they do, they don't resolve the issues which are faced at the ground level. 8. FTCs are not given a hike at all. Contract staff and FTC staff are not given respect unless they are related to a Naval officer. 9. The top management does not care about the employees or their health. Leaves are not given at the required time. People who were just recovered from COVID were also called to office, without caring about their body pains. 10. Highly political company. 11. No work life balance at all. 12. Almost everything that is to be done is hidden the carpet with a single lie- "we work in the customer premises and we cannot do anything regarding it".
