Pros
There are no pros to working here. Management does not care about the employees or the company. The only interest they have is themselves.
Cons
The company does not recognize hard working employees. Instead they value employees who are unable to perform basic job functions. While the hard working ones go unnoticed and under appreciated. Be prepared for a low salary that will not match the workload you will be expected to handle. As the company is understaffed most employees are doing the work of two-three employees while being compensated at a much lower rate than the average person in the industry.

Sadly no pros at all...
Cons
Expect overtime without recognition or compensation. Expect inexperienced management who let emotions control their decisions. No communication. Constantly lied to and left in the dark about the future of the company. Stay away if you know what's best for you!!
