So far, LeanDNA is my favorite company to work for. • The product itself is very good and does what it says. • The managers are hands-off. As long as you do your job and do your job well, no one asks too many questions and no one tries to tell you the “best way” to do your job. However, if you need help or advice from management, they are very receptive and helpful. • Pay is competitive. Unlimited PTO. • The office environment/culture is fun. Conversations are good, and no one is dissuaded from talking. Fully decked out with snacks and coffee. Free lunch every day if you go in to the office. Ping pong table available. • Leadership is outstanding.

I may be a little biased, but working with LeanDNA as a CSE / CSM has been my favorite role so far in my career. The environment is fast-paced and very entrepreneurial. There is no micromanaging and each team member is trusted and empowered to make their own contributions. The team is great and the company is growing quickly.
