The people are some of the best part about this job.
Cons
Very old school. No flexibility. Crazy long hours. No consideration for the plants. Month end is brutal. Corporate/division micro management is extreme. No loyalty whatsoever. Will take advantage of good workers. Pay is garbage for the amount of hours you’re putting in.
