Pros
Lear provides a very lean and flat hirarchial structure, what provided big advandages in finding and taking decissions as well it is cheaper what provides a competitive advantage. The organisational setup is still customer oriantated, what also is a major benefit versus other seating competitors.
Cons
Lear HR and worker councils are very strict to rules, regardless if a containment would help the project or not.
