    Friendly people who will help you grow, work opportunities, large clients

    Cons

    Lengthy working hours, seniors take off by 6 and leave juniors to finish the work, some bosses are horrible, salary is discriminatory (they have tie-ups with some colleges, and these graduates are paid much higher than other more deserving freshers who belong to better colleges and have more experience and talent)
