I worked at Leprino Foods full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

good pay for the area. plenty of hours. retirement benefits are above average. the roof keeps most of the rain off you and the product. bathrooms are generally clean. recent management changes have resulted in knowledgeable people being put in proper positions

    Cons

No consideration for life outside of work. rules are randomly applied with no discernible pattern except possibly planet alignment. Ethics are promoted heavily until they get in the way of profit. Archaic equipment. Copious amounts of favoritism
