I have been working at Leprino Foods full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Leprino Foods has a great history and set of ethics. It's a family-owned company and you are made to feel like family here. The benefits are great, including many wellness incentives, and you really get a feel for each part of the business. There is a lot of internal movement, which shows that the company prides itself on its associates and helping them land the career they want. The company is heavily involved...

    I worked at Leprino Foods

    Pros

Great company to work for with great pay and the people are the best! This company is one of the best I’ve worked for because there wasn’t anything I didn’t enjoy about the job, company, and the people.

    Cons

There’s no reason NOT to work here unless you partake in the legalization in Colorado because as far as I know, this company does hair follicle drug tests.

I have been working at Leprino Foods full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Pay is good, benefits are OK, physical environment is pleasant although parking is terrible

    Cons

Without question, Leprino is an old school company. They think this is one of their strengths which is a glaring sign of being "out-of-touch" as other reviewers have mentioned. If you are a clean cut, male, with enough arrogance to be a jerk 80% of the time, you will fit right in and have a nice career trajectory. Diversity is very limited to what you would expect in a company from the 30 years ago. There are...

    Advice to Management

Continue to collect your very generous paychecks and await your golden retirement packages, knowing that most employees are also waiting for your retirement and the inevitable house-cleaning that will accompany it. Relish that you have held the good-old-boys network together and done your part to suppress diversity, inclusion and respect.

      Cons

lots of drama, never get the days off that you request, supervisors don't do their jobs, not a place to work if you have family, you miss the holidays with your family. You work years in the same position.

I have been working at Leprino Foods full-time for more than a year

      Pros

The only pro to this job is the pay at least for production workers not sure about office people. (Have to try and find a job that pays close to same so stuck here tell then):(

      Cons

Days off suck, work schedule sucks, clock in and out is supper strict, (I have learned money isn’t everything) No yearly raises only promotion raises- promotions aren’t worth it. This company starting pay is so high to suck you into a crappy job

      Advice to Management

Care for the people who work for you they have a life and family too

I worked at Leprino Foods full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

None. Hr will not help you with your problems and everyone will know that you talked to them. They will protect you if you are related to upper management

      Cons

The Management and HR team will cover their backs at the Fort Morgan plant. They will have two employees do the same thing but the one that has connections ( his or her mom or dad is from upper management) will keep his or her job and the other person will get fired. The pledge that they do is a joke because of all the hypocrisy that goes into that place( they will do one thing one day and then do a different thing for...

I worked at Leprino Foods full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

Reasonable work life balance Lots of training opportunities... depending on your department.

      Cons

Limited top end growth unless you are related to the Leprino's

      Advice to Management

Lot's of middle management who could focus more on growing talent and not playing favorites. I want to win awards named after your children as much as you want to win awards named after my kids. Do away with the preferred parking and family named rewards.

I worked at Leprino Foods full-time

      Pros

There is nothing good about the Fort Morgan plant.the pay is not worth the constant harassment by foreman, supervisors and upper management.

      Cons

the worst place I have ever worked.A lot of this things I saw, heard and witnesses while working there and some of it people that worked there told me after they quit.If you go to Hr the only thing you accomplish is have someone retaliate against you whether is a fireman, supervisor or management. There no separation between the HR Department and Upper management.HR will only help managements relatives and friends with their...
