      Good Pay, friendly co-workers who treat each other as family

      Cons

      Local Management bully and threaten hourly and salaried workers. Local HR covers their managers behavior no matter how bad. HR trolls company ratings that are negative to try to keep the word from getting out.

      Pay is good but that is all

      Cons

      Supervisor only help out theirs friends.Bad cheese is being made because red hats and supervisors take a lot of long breaks.Freezer operators take hour lunches and at least 4 to 5 half hours breaks.These issues are not fixed because of who they know and as long as it doesn’t affect upper management nothing will get fixed.Pay is good but if you’re not valued at all then it’s not worth working there.red hats can falsify documents and forge signatures and nothing happens to them and also the lockout tag out rule does not apply no everybody so if your well liked or have a friend that happens to be related to upper management you can’t get fired much less get a write up.

      Leprino foods could be better

      Pros

      The pay is average for manufacturing as it used to be above average, but average is better than below average. Benefits are average, holiday pay is good along with the several paid holidays.

      Cons

      Old style leadership that is results driven only meaning the employees are pretty much just a seniority number. The employee moral is negative because of lack of communication and they get frustrated with surprises. No work life balance is the common factor with hourly and supervisor employees. Supervisors forced to work days off with no compensation and leads to negative attitudes towards hourly work force, then hourly forced overtime because of lack of trained employees leading to negative attitudes towards other hourly and supervisor. It's a overall negative environment for the past several years.

      Good plant atmosphere that drops off a cliff with the ever presence of "corporate" help.

      Cons

      Your life will be taken away. The customer is not first. Tech services, project eng., and HR are a joke.
