I worked at Level 3 Communications full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Level 3 was ok to work for. Benefits and salary and work/life balance we’re fine.

    Cons

Some people were in management roles that were not qualified. Workload needed to be more evenly distributed among employees. Work at home option given to some and not others and seemed unfair for no reason.

    Advice to Management

Work on communication and leadership and treating employees more equally.
