    Pros

    Very little pros, you have to sacrafice personal life for your work life. They told us if you cant handle that then maybe this job is not for you.

    Cons

    They have no idea what's involved to turn these networks up and care only about the metrics. Example would be installing a cross connects Carrie's the same weight as a nose insert to an existing fiber ring.
