    I worked at Life Fitness full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Coworkers for the most part were generally fun and caring. Ample parking. Ability to work from home.

    Cons

    4 CEOs and 3 different managers in my 2 years with the company. Department managers and supervisors were at best physically present and at worst completely unknowledgeable and incompetent. Sales staff that has been enabled to treat all employees like garbage.

    The worklpad can be crazy at times and timelines rediculous. There is minimal communication from management which can get very frustrating.
