Pros
You can't raise your voice if you do you are fired and it's very difficult for you after that if you are retained in the organisation. Too much of politics total negative environment in category team and potential people get less hike but the one who put butter and cakes get the most with yes boss yes boss culture. Depends on your boss who prefers buttering/work/ both. Very bad experience to work experience even after 3 years of working and giving good business no respect, no appraise.
Cons
Manager don't know how to handle there subordinate, pressurise for work which is easy and are done daily even if the manager is not asking to work on. Too much of politics and directly threaten about firing you in mob. So no job security now. It used to be good company but because of few bad leaders it's getting worse to work here.

Pros
It is very hard to find.
Cons
There is no job security. People who can lick the bottoms of their managers end up becoming managers in future. Proper "Yes Boss" culture. People get promoted basis the butter toungue rather than merit and performance. I can say Nepotism exists at all level. People have zero skills. Very Pathetic or no rewards system. Unethical finance techniques used to save tax. Overall not a good company to work with. People who distribute "black dog" to managers, get appraisals and promotions.
