    Cons

    Pros

    Cons

Lots of gossip, passive aggressive employees. Nepotism, They do not honor employment agreements, Expectations to work around the clock. They work you like a dog. They have a revolving door and won't protect you.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your new employees, they might have something to teach you about the management. Pay attention to the burnout of your older employees who are passive aggressive, protecting their future, and sizing up all new employees.

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at Lincoln Financial Advisors full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The financial advisors are generally very caring people.

    Cons

The company does not value its administrative personnel. There is no career path available. Frequent budget cuts = added responsibility without added compensation. Morale is low. Compensation is low compared to similar positions with other Fortune 500 companies.

    Advice to Management

The company would not be as successful as it is without its dedicated administrative workers. However, the admins are not valued or treated as part of the team. Admins are seen as replaceable. Terrible communication between departments results in wasted time, money and resources.
