flexible schedule. That's about it.
Cons
terrible minimum wage pay, constant threats to cut pay from management. They have a rule where you must open the store in pairs. Multiple times I arrived on time, and ended up waiting sometimes up to 1/2 hour for management to show up and open the door. Meanwhile I'm loitering in their parking lot. Mgt is cantakerous, discourteous, and micromanaging.

They are willing to work with your schedule, so the job is suiting for students and people with more than one job
Cons
The company pays minimum wage and are not happy with providing just that. Employees watch company waste food while hungry, and try to cut hours and even push for portal sales while there's already a robot making pizzas in the kitchen.
