    Pros

You can pick your own hours.

Must work weekends whether you want to or not.

    Advice to Management

Answer people quicker, not 2 weeks later.

    Pros

Work from home, select the days and times you want to work

    Cons

Felt bad for some of the customers who had ordered stuff from those infomercials and their cards were charged monthly for extra stuff. They called very angry.

I have been working at Liveops part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

schedule yourself for work, very convenience

    Cons

    Not a hourly position.
little to no help with tech issues

    Advice to Management

To make money with liveops you have to find out what part of the day gets the most call volume, also don't over schedule yourself.

I have been working at Liveops full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Once you learn everything greatly... you have the opportunity to make extra money

    Cons

The training is mostly unpaid so that's why its conflicting reviews. The 15 phone calls once you finish the rest of training is what you get paid for.

    Advice to Management

No advice for now... except the training glitches. On more than one section I had to redo because it didn't count it nor would the option to just retake the test would work... & this is frustrating since one "question/part" could consist of 60 questions.

I have been working at Liveops full-time

    Pros

I've never felt more enabled or supported by an organization. Great, approachable exec team, promising fresh talent and an exciting high-growth model.

    Cons

Many of the negative reviews you will see on here are either from a different time with a different leadership team, or from third party contractors who don't understand the legal limitations that differentiate the benefits of an employee versus an independent contractor. The only con I could remark on is that, with any quickly growing organization, there are growing pains where processes need to change, mindsets need to shift, etc.

I have been working at Liveops part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, remote, on going training, decent pay

    Cons

Pay per minute, crash course training, hard to speak with management, actual hours to may be scarce at slower times.

    Advice to Management

Have a ready made team who can give on the spot training and support to encourage positive and proper work proficiency

I worked at Liveops full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pick you own hours if you can click on them fast enough to get them, work at home

    Cons

Pushy sales requirements ...took orders for infomercials and had to offer magazine sales, Walmarts gift cards etc and other things even though the client was tired of being offered other things to purchase or free trials that you knew the client was going to forget to cancel and be charged for...

    Advice to Management

    Stop that pushy sales requirements
