    Cons

    Advice to Management

Start doing spot checks on store managers turn up anonymously To see what they get up to like sitting in consultation rooms whist all dispensary staff work dam hard to keep it a float they should be the ones with the big bonus not the managers or some of them any way !! Mine was not a happy place every one been told we should all do jobs managers are paid to do 😡 and mobile phones for personal use should be banned !! If u need to make a call do it on works phone not leaving the premises every 5 minutes!!

I worked at LloydsPharmacy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You'll have a job, at least
There are literally no other pros

    Cons

    Terrible head office team
    No organisation
    Low pay
    No interest in employ wellbeing
    Promotes hostile work environments
Will not process your leaving documents until after you've worked your full notice period and will then send a debt recovery agency after you saying "you didn't submit your leavers paperwork in time"

    Advice to Management

Work a week in one of your stores, especially a sainsburys store, and then maybe you'll appreciate your employees more.

I worked at LloydsPharmacy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I had all the tools and training materials I needed to perform my role as Pharmacy Technician and time needed to update my working knowledges and practices.

    Cons

Not enough staff to fufill the work allocation. Very cluttered working space. Pharmacist working outside of Standard Operating Procedures which I considered dangerous.

    Advice to Management

To enable staff to work in a more orderly fashion a good clear up of the workspaces is needed.
