Former Employee - Graduate Student in London, England

    I worked at LloydsPharmacy part-time

    Pros

Most of staff were nice, and try to encourage workplace bonds with team christmas meals etc.

    Cons

Huge responsibility with almost no training and minimum wage. As the sales assistant mans the front desk, you often have to deal with stressed or unpleasant customers whose medications aren't ready. Such a pressured job with no rewards.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at LloydsPharmacy full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Liked helping the Pharmacies with IT . Good location and teams were friendly .

    Cons

Odd for a Healthcare organisation they had no Wellbeing policy - much needed as many in IT suffered from stress and mental health issues .Stayed there over for a decade , but very little by way of advancement. The work was mundane and repetitive at times . Gave heart and soul and nothing in return . Some of the managers were aggressive and lacked empathy /emotional intelligence.
