Pros
Nothing to write here as such. A good company to work for if you have to enhance your SQL and DB skills.
Cons
1. The management gets too much pressurized by clients and hence puts unnecessary pressure on its employees 2. It is just a startup, laying its foundations in India. Job security can be an issue 3. When I joined, it was a very small organization with only 2 employees 4. No HR policies, no processes in place makes the environment worse. 5. The review system is very haphazard and no clear outlines were given for the goals and objectives 6. The worst part - I left the job in Feb Start. The management says it would give me my form 16 by April (ideally it should have been given at that time) but now no revert on the mails. This makes the setup further more unprofessional. 7. No growth for Supply Chain consultants here. They mostly do software installation and implementation, and provide support for the same.
