Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at London Metal Exchange full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
• Good company name to have on your CV. • You are safe if you are in "The Bubble".
Cons
• You are shown as a pad person if you challenge the management. • Management want to micro mange you - always want to know where you are. Flexibility to work from home (COVID changed it a little bit) always was an issue. • You always have to say YES, any challenges put forward you will get a red cross against your name. • IT Management have a old fashioned way of thinking - don't fix it, if it is not broken. • IT Management don't listen to the experts. And start worrying when it is broken or their senior manager is pressurising them.
