Are their pros to this joke of a company? The only thing on the mind of the partners is how much money they can make themselves. They present themselves as professional, but my oh my is that far from the truth. The only positive thing is free Friday lunch, which from what I've seen, has already been cut down to cut costs for their lavish lifestyle.

LI has a tight knit culture that feels like family. You get a lot of room to be creative and really serve as the expert in your role. There is a lot of opportunity to try fresh new tactics and management is always open to hearing your ideas and bringing them to life. I’ve never witnessed a faster creative turnover that still maintains the pristine quality that the work produced here does. The owners are very hands on and make you feel a part of the development of the company culture. Can’t forget free lunch Fridays!
