I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friday beers with games every week

    Cons

    - If you're not used to working autonomously then can be hard to adjust at the start - The product is quite challenging to get to grips with, but management is very helpful and provides lots of training - Startup environment can feel messy and ad hoc at times but that part of the startup life and the company is constantly working to improve this

    Advice to Management

    - Stay transparent with your communication about the company with the employees - Keep giving employees opportunities to learn and progress

I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for less than a year

    Pros

-Being a start-up means that LoyaltyLion is still a really exciting place to work, and you get to grow as the company does. - It also means you get to take on responsibilities that you wouldn't get to opportunity to have so early on at a bigger firm. - Its a relaxed place of work but still the kind of place you really get to use your brain!

    Cons

    - You have to learn to be independent and incredibly committed in your working, but there are a lot of resources and all your team members are only a stones throw away if you have any issues.

I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time

    Pros

    - Close knit team that are always on-hand to help each other (especially relevant when you first start) - Opportunity to learn new skills and gain exposure in other areas within the business is huge! The company will make an effort if you express an interest, which is rare in other places that I have experienced. - Office culture is good (team lunches, events, friday drinks)

    Cons

    - LoyaltyLion is in a transition period (we're growing fast!)- frequent hiring makes it difficult to know where you stand within the company at times.

I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Really love working with such a fun, supportive & dedicated team! During my time here, there have been many opportunities to push myself out of my comfort zone & learn and apply new skills. The smallish team size means you really feel like your input makes a difference to the company as a whole, which is pretty satisfying. Frequent team events & after work drinks make for a great working culture!

    Cons

The start-up nature of the company means there are still a fair few learning curves when it comes to team approaches. Though, from a personal perspective, it's been great stage to be a part of - we've more than doubled in size since I joined.

    Advice to Management

Carry on doing what your doing & asking for input at all levels!

I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working at LoyaltyLion has been such an eye opener. You are constantly pushed to expand your skillset and think outside of the box. There are clear avenues to promotion and career development as well as an incredibly supporting and encouraging team. They are also incredibly open with the companies direction, department goals and personal development which is a huge plus for me. I believe that working here has... greatly increased my career prospects and given me a chance to explore new avenues in areas I never considered before. Management are also great at recognising and rewarding hard work.

    Cons

A lot of learning and commitment is needed, it can be harder for new starters to get up to speed. (Luckily there is an incredibly supportive team to help to get you to where you need to be).

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    – Fantastic place to learn and grow your skills: I learnt more, and did more, in my first three months at LoyaltyLion than I ever did in a year and a half in my previous job – Management: Senior members of staff are always willing to listen to questions and take your ideas on board – Great employee culture: Everyone is friendly, sociable and the office set up is lovely – Challenging but rewarding work: At... LoyaltyLion it's likely that you'll be juggling multiple tasks but nothing is futile. Everything you work on will have a positive impact

    Cons

As it's a startup, sometimes you feel like you've got a lot of things going on but there's always senior members of staff to support you if you're feeling overwhelmed.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!

I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Amazing team: supportive and welcoming people who are great to work with as well as fun to hang out with after work - Flexible working hours: one day a week work from home - Your hard work is always recognised - You’ll learn – a lot: you’ll need to learn as you go, and as the company grows. You’ll also be working closely with skilled, driven, creative and original bunch of people! - Cool office with lots of... perks - Great startup culture and I knew from my first interview that this is where I wanted to be

    Cons

The processes are still being defined but this is expected in any start up. The management is always open to listen to your opinion and ideas so the cool thing is that you can be a part of creating these processes!

I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Relaxed environment, cool office - Clear career progression outlined for everyone - Open, collaborative atmosphere - Interesting product and industry to work in - Lots of autonomy and can work from home once a week - Each team feels like a little family

    Cons

    - Sometimes need to be flexible with working hours on weekday evenings

    Advice to Management

Company culture may change as each team grows. I guess the challenge would be to keep LoyaltyLion's environment great and collaborative even as we scale up!
