I worked at Ludia full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good perks, coffee, some nice people, good for Juniors there is something you can learn in about a year. Good location.

    Cons

Salary does not match the job description. Upper management is unaware of difficulties and oftentimes have irrational expectations. They say they don't do crunch time but your lunch hour is not payed so you end up working 9 hours a day. A lot of seniors end up leaving because there is lack of creative work. This is a company that cares a lot about revenue but salaries are not improved accordingly. You will be moved... from one project to another without you having a say.

I worked at Ludia full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of perks and benefits. If you're proactive about your career, they give you lots of opportunities to learn.

    Cons

It was demoralizing to work on games that got shut down when they didn't monetize soon enough, but that's the nature of the industry.

I worked at Ludia full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

People are nice, cozy environment, great food and parties!

    Cons

Big lack of management, especially HR with mental health issues of their employees. Some people are employed there because nobody can kick them out, even if they do a crappy job and intimidate others. Lots of favoritism, and hierarchy needs to be reviewed.

I have been working at Ludia full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice relaxed work atmosphere great breakfast bar and coffee 5-7 every friday with free beer and wine lots of transparency about how the company is doing and the direction it is headed great employee benefits access to a company gym

    Cons

company isn't very innovate and likes to play things safe limits itself to franchised games not all teams have very good management and some can be very lazy or unorganized which frustrates other teams that need to work closely with them Pay is a bit less than what a similar position would be making at a bigger studio like Ubisoft

    Advice to Management

You've found a formula that works and allows you to make good profits but don't be afraid to try and innovate on it a little or some of your top talent may get bored and leave Also pay your employees a little more competitively or the ambitious ones may seek out better paying opportunities.
