Service Based company disguised as Product Based company
4 Sept 2016 - Anonymous Employee in NoidaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. I don't see any pros for this organization, as my previous organization was a product based one which had good quality work & culture. People who prefer laid back attitude & want to relax will love this company.
Cons
1. This is a Service Based company disguised as Product Based company. All the internal processes are a replica of a typical Indian Service Based company. 2. NO Work-From-Home !!! I personally feel its a very sick & lame regulation by the management. This should actually be highlighted in bold letters on the Appointment Letter. 3. Attendance is tracked to the finest details. You get a weekly report of the hours you logged in the company. Also, the information about the hours you were spent inside & outside the company will available. Its kind of creepy. 4. The single-sign-on username needs an alpha-numeric combination. More than the part that it is frustrating to input a number instead of my name, I think it is DEROGATORY to assign numbers to the employees and make them use the same to logon to access their emails & all other portals.

Pros
Work Life Balance in MOST projects. Reasonably flexible timings especially for women. More Work from home options are being offered nowadays Usually good colleagues Good transport facilities - shuttle and door drop cabs available at convenient times Job security Good leave policy (especially for women and mothers)
Cons
Lack of technical growth in Testing Less opportunities in automation testing for QTP and Selenium Less training programs and opportunities to learn and implement CMMI/quality processes MOST projects are internal (for parent company). Less service based projects to get exposure. Slow/No promotions - slow position growth. Performance goals are not defined clearly Less communication between management and lower level employees. Salary hikes are on lower side. Food and canteen hygiene is average and could be better Not many options to destress in the office. Equipment for indoor games etc not available. No greenery around. Timing of general shift.

Pros
Have been in this company for more than 5 years now. Work life balance is decent. Good opportunities to grow internally at lower levels. Also if you stick in the company for a couple of years then there are lots of short and long term travel options.
Cons
Learning options are limited. Work is mostly limited to traditional technology set. Not much opportunities in latest in demand technologies like Hadoop, Cloud Computing etc. Lack of trainings, No work from home option. Salary is below market level.

Good place to learn and grow
26 May 2020 - Senior Software Engineer in BengaluruRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1.Work from home, 2.positive working environment, 3.Job security 4.Management has a clear roadmap and understanding 5. Employees are valued and their concerns are taken into consideration. 6. HR team is also doing good 7. Free cabs are provided 8. Annual hike provided is above most of mncs(at least 10% on an avg)
Cons
1. There are many legecy projects; if you are stuck in any of them, learning can be difficult. 2. Very less outings and team engagement activities. 3. Some bit of politics can be found in some teams as most of the higher managers are working there for more than 10 yrs. 4. Laptops provided are slow and restarting it takes at least 1.5 hr of your valuable time.

Nice company to start career with.
2 Apr 2018 - Module Lead in BengaluruRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Work on both proprietory and open stack technologies which basically enhance your resume. Quite often freedom to choose open source libraries and frame work if you can justify the same. New joinees get good KT.
Cons
No work from home and low salary when compared from outside market.
