My recommendation JAVA DEVELOPER never join this company and this telecom domain. Mass Resignation because of unsuitable work environment. No Work Life Balance Bad Timing Automatically disease will stuck to your body All Legacy Products and nothing to learn here. Dumb Managers always doing high level of politics so they can save their job. No proper KT and even u dont get support from Technical Lead. Technial Lead in team are garbage u dont expect support most who stayed in the company more then 10 years are former QWEST employee. Technical Lead can save the resource who do better boot lick. At least one team member from team they target to fire by putting in PIP by giving bad rating. Hire and Fire Policy. People are absconding after 2-3 months after understanding the scenario.

Pay is good only on papers, by the time you get into hand more than 30% deducted in tax and PF contribution, PF of employer share is included with employee CTC Attrition is high, people leave frequently. Managers are not Technical can't understand the Technical issues many times.
