      This Box Must Be Kidding.. Pros in this Company... Never

      Cons

      1) Boot licking given first priority in this company 2) Promotions are based on Friendship with Senior Managers/Higher Level 3) No One Knows anything about Process or Project. Its all God who is driving all the time. 4) Honest People are Treated as Criminals here and no Promotions for them 5) Cheap Mentality and Cheap Work Etiquette 6) Senior Management Except 1 or 2 doesn't know what is the meaning of Communication only 7) If one has to punish someone with cruelty in life, then ask that person to Join this Company.

      Are there any?? Could not find any till now. Actually there nothing to say. Seriously they are worst company ever.

      Cons

      They offer very low salary and also not giving salary for 2-3 months.When we keep on asking for salary and they use to tell will credit today/tomorrow. It was very difficult to manage without salary in Bhubaneswar. lack of professionalism, politics at low level, managers don't know how to manage people.So please think twice before join here.

      1) No chair to seat, only plastic chair available 2) Too much politics by High Level 3) Quality less, Mental Manager 4) unnecessary staff at corporate-office 5) egoistic MD 6) qualification less Other HR so guys plz do not join in this company , Salary will not come in time, lot of pressure
