Pros
-Will get a chance in working many different projects. -Coworkers are great to work with. - Use to be a good intro job. Now Im not so sure.
Cons
-Management is disorganized. The CEO constantly wants things at the last minute and doesn't take the time to think things through. So then it goes to management who are trying to make an idea work and in the end because everything is so rushed we come out with sub-par results. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with due to lack of time and resources. -Company is incredibly understaffed. -Management care more about impressing the CEO and office politics. -You are expected to work overtime yet not get paid for it. -Morale is low and turnover is high. Company culture is abysmal. Use to be fun events and gatherings but now no one seems to care. -Company will take advantage of your talents. They always make it seem like you should be grateful for working here. -Nepotism. I was shocked to learn that a lot of people are related (Vietnamese family). A good portion of the employees are ineffective at their jobs and they only have it because they are 'family' -They make promises of raises, bonuses that they don't keep. -Mangement and CEO are condescending, rude, and do not have respect nor trust for your ability to do your job. They always think they are right and experts despite not being familiar in your field.
