      Pros

-all levels of business open to feedback (from management to sales assistants) -open to innovation -as a supervisor: great balance between customer service & personal development of transferable skills -50% discount on products, plus lots of free products to take home

      Cons

-support team is not always actually supportive -lots of information does not get passed down from headquarters to the shops, which mean we would sometimes find things out from Reddit rather than our own company

      Cons

Profit before people, they give the appearance of caring but in reality if you do not fit a specific criteria you are just a number and all the hard work in the world will never change that.

Great at first, then toxic, cultish, favouring friends, lack of progression, prejudice, racist

      Pros

50% Discount Meet great like minded individuals insight to products and ingredients

      Cons

Favouritism of colleagues. If you speak against something you'll never make it to management or supervisor. Personal attacks. Great lack of progression and loss of talent. Not supportive of giving progression to people of BAME communities. If you're not Lushie enough or not so much extroverted, you'll never make it up to the top. 3 years of working there, was nice to all and got along, never received as much as a leaving card. Thats Lush.
