      Pros

      Thorough and well thought out design process Good people to work with Working with different client sites provides some variety in the work

      Cons

      Travel was required and wasn't conducive to my personal life Working on client sites using specific platforms could be limiting

        Pros

        Good culture, and surrounded by a lot of hard working people focused on providing a good product and service to clients. Social outings as a company were always a good time! Good pay, decent benefits.

        Cons

        Working with clients who have online retail sites means the busiest times of the year are around the big shopping holidays, which can be a bit of a drain over time. Open floor plan is distracting at times.
