      Pros

      If you don't have much seniority here - you'll be fine. If you must work with the senior leadership and/or the CEO - good luck.

      Cons

      Honestly, the animals are far better behaved than the members of the leadership team (especially the CEO). Someone warned me about this issue when I first started - but I didn't think much of it. Now however, I feel I must pass the message along to future staff.

      Good mission statement and attempts to educate the public

      Current management squanders any talent and prevents any opportunity for career growth, proactivity is a foreign language, no respect for any knowledge or experience outside of their own, highly toxic culture that creates unsafe work environments, no accountability for management, ignores animal health for the sake of profit and entertainment
