    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at MGH Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

NO PROS. A decent salary is provided at the cost of working everyday without leaves.

    Cons

There is no organisation structure. The Directors and HR have no say in anything. All the decision making power lies solely in the hands of the Group Managing Director. The HR runs like a clerk for the company and will not help any employee. Work environment is really toxic. People are forcefully shifted between roles/verticals and few are asked to do multiple roles which weren't mentioned at the time of hiring. The company is also technologically backward. They don't even have a proper mail server. Leaves = Work from home. Work life balance is a myth here. Employees are required to punch in and out through a mobile app called DingTalk and would deduct salary if arrived late. But management also expect you to work round the clock everyday even on Saturday, Sundays and Public holidays with no additional benefit or pay. Definitely not a good place to work.

I have been working at MGH Group full-time

    Pros

    Working here offers good exposure.

    Cons

Pathetic Policies which serve no purpose other than an employee's mental harassment, no term like employee satisfaction in their vocabularies, HR is pathetic and does not serve as a link between the management and employees but exists only to satisfy what the MD wants without heeding to a single suggestion or grievance of the employee. HR has no clue as to what work an employee does or what is his/her JD, the entire department is clueless. One man show, no autonomy. Expect you to work 24*7 and always be at there beck and call. No such thing as work life balance.

I worked at MGH Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good expose If you have just started your career.

    Cons

1.No work life balance. You are expected to work 24 hrs be it during holidays, weekends Or after office hours. 2. Everyone is unhappy since one man runs the show and if you annoy him, he won't think twice to Chuck you out. 3.No job security at all. 4. Not rewarded by your caliber but by how much you nod in management's decision. 5.Employees not valued at all. They think if they pay you they have bought you. You even have to notify your boss if you are travelling in weekends!!
