Pros
Really enjoyed my time here. Met some great people working at the T-Mobile Arena. The GSR team is AWESOME. Supervisors, Management, etc. Having been in customer service for over 20 years, I have seen the best and the WORST of Management teams, and this one was by far my favorite that I've had.
Cons
Seeing some of the more "elder" team members struggle with standing for entire shifts. There were days where an event was over 3hrs and they hadn't sat down once.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at MGM Resorts International full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Benefits are great. People are great.
Cons
A company that says they put their employees first but they don’t. Line level employees put in all the effort for big wigs to be paid. And when life hits team members get the brunt of it. Other team members are overworked, time off is encouraged but frowned upon.

I worked at MGM Resorts International full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
The pay scale was pretty good, great benefit package, uniforms provided, lunch was provided, and paid lunch.
Cons
Manager and a few supervisors had a bad habit of micromanaging to the point it felt like harassment. Some favoritism with certain employees. No one backed the employees when dealing with irate guests. They did everything to appease the guests, even when they were 100% wrong and employees were simply abiding by company standards.
