    Free EDR food that most likely give you food poisoning. Keep your head low, be a yes person, and you can be stuck in a meaningless career for 20+ years.

    Cons

    Lack of any raises, promotions, and no real training.

    Don’t be a puppet, stand up for your employees.

        Negative people, Life balance was not there, Days off, and hard to get vacation time.

        Please help your workers have a life with there family outside of the job. Vacation time and days of on weekends can help moral.

        HR leaders need to learn what work is being done by their own employees. HR leaders need to stop thinking that their "next hire" is going to fix everything. The problem lies within the HR leadership its self.
