I worked at MOH Holdings full-time

    Pros

Great company benefits Great colleagues who are very helpful and kind

    Cons

Some of the management people are quite bias. One of them is always all talk and no work done. Create loads of projects to put in own portfolio but legwork done by staffs. Rampant politics. Poor decision making and allocation of people to teams. Mgmt sometimes has poor judgement and tries to groom staffs who does not do much in the team. Work also poorly allocated to staffs. Resulting in some having more work than others. You can often see other staffs (via social media) using their free time to bake, online shop or have an unofficial team lunch in town. Certain mgmt people also resort to overloading their own team members with tons of work so that they can leave on their own accord due to exhaustion and unhappiness. Some mgmt people also often gossip about others blatantly in their face. Some will point names on contact list to gossip about. Very toxic environment.

    Cons

Depend on which sub audit units you fall to, your immediate boss determine your fate in the audit department.
