People care about doing the right thing for customers and for each other, and that shows in how teams work across regions and functions. There’s a healthy balance of ambition and support, with high standards, but without ego, and a real sense that individual contributions matter. It’s a place where people feel listened to, empowered, and proud of the impact they’re making.
