Genuine Review after working 2+ year honestly - Worst Company, Nepotism, Politics
Pros
As per my knowledge and deep analysis, the only good thing here is Learning Management System like Coursera, Vouchers for up skilling.
Cons
Policies are only meant for Employees only but not for few people here. These few can go out of the policy and can do anything. 1. No Work Life Balance 2. No proper standards 3. They hire people from C level executives and Directors family who have knowledge on the job they take up 4. They don't give hikes or promotions on-time. MTX senior management and HR team willingly hold your performance review and indirectly indicate employees to leave 5. Once you submit papers and during the notice period, They humiliate you pointing at you and say - You are unprofessional and immature 6. MTX lacks ethics, integrity and empathy towards employees 7. No respect to employees 8. MTX lost many projects and started firing employees from January. Around 400 - 500 employees were already fired and few were terminated without any notice 9. Fancy titles like Manager, Director, C exec to people with very little experience who eventually doesn't know how to manage and treat their reportees. 10. MTX management or your RM doesn't recognise and at least appreciate your hard work. MTX is not a good place to work. Please take advises from previous employees on LinkedIn who worked here before joining. Don't just go by the salary they give. They might even terminate you in the middle of your employment.
