There are number of cons working with mace macro- 1. You will not get increment more than 5% 2. Internally if they change your department they won't change your salary structure. 3 There is no HR spoc whom you can go and tell your concern 4. There is a lot of partiality and politics 5. There is favouritism 6. It is 6 working days but no managers will come on Saturdays and only executives have to come to office just to waste time as the client have 5 working days. 7. They choose team leaders based on their favourite employee, which end up having a worst decision. 8. Team leaders have more focus on their colleagues and break than on her team. 9. I remember chasing my team leader for some query and she just ignored me by acting she is on call just to go on break with her friends. And it's not a one time thing, me and my colleagues have faced many times 10. There is no proper rules, the rules get keeps on changing as per the individuals 11. Salary- better you go and search for some other company, I am sure a small company will give you 20% more than this company can offer. Also, there is no professionalism, it's upto them how they want to make the rules, there is no HR policies, nothing, they will give everything but they will keep on saying the policies have been changed but won't give any update, if a companies policies or anything is changed the employees have the right to get update but no it's according to them. And when you raise questions on this , they are like It's Mace , this is how it works, this mace policies, dude you might change company policies but you cannot change employee legal rights.
